Health Retreat

HEAL x Hooton is a Women’s Health Retreat
designed for busy women who need a
quick 'ME' time away in nature to
reconnect their bodies and minds
and feel at home again.
Stay in cosy accommodations, and enjoy
delicious meals after 3 yoga sessions that
involve movements and practices specifically
centred on balancing hormones,
building body awareness, and boosting
the nervous system.





Each Yoga session will be 60-75mins.
Modifications of the movements will be given
to suit all levels of practitioners.
(First time yoga explorers are more than welcome!)
HEAL x Hips by Huda :
Enjoy the first yoga session that will release
accumulated muscle tightness upon arrival.
This yoga session involves mindset setting, breathing and
controlled movement that will leave your body relaxed.
Restore x HEAL by Sandra :
Ease into this slow flow that gently stimulates the
deep core from within.
This class will be focused around awareness and
health of the pelvic girdle and pelvic floor,
while encouraging smooth, restful moves
through your body’s movement chains.

HEAL x Sunrise by Huda :
A sweaty yoga session that will energise your morning, boost your immune system and leave you feeling energised before heading back to the chaotic city life.

Huda is a Hormone Health Coach (and Yoga Teacher with more than 10 years of experience) who coaches women who struggle with sugar cravings, bloating, losing weight, hormone, and gut issues despite exercising, dieting, and doing all the “healthy” things.
Her Yoga adventure started in the early 2000s and has taken her to various countries like India, UAE, Indonesia, Thailand, and North America to learn from some of the world’s renowned yoga teachers.
In 2019, Huda joined an Apprenticeship Program led by Nicole Jardim, a USA-based Certified Health Coach and writer of 'Fix Your Period' book, whose work has impacted tens of thousands of women worldwide.
Since then, Huda has been extending her training in women’s health and combining her yoga, mindfulness practice, and science-based research to help more women build resilience and thrive in their bodies as they age.
On her off days, she can be found (or not) scuba-diving on a tropical island or rock-climbing at the gym or local outdoor crags with her crazy adventurous friends.

Manasa Yoga TTC 200, David Kim Yin 30, ACE CFI
A student under the tutelage of Manoj Kaimal of Manasa Yoga Malaysia, Sandra came upon the way of yoga in 2013, before receiving the privilege to share the practice and has been doing so around the SEA region since. Today she studies human biomechanics and various athletics, working closely with physiotherapists and anatomy specialists to educate the industry on mindful movement and conditioning. Her expertise spans across a wide application of sports and rehabilitation, while remaining rooted in Yoga Principles and connected to deep spirituality. Her approach to yoga is a belief for it to be an accessible practice for all bodies and states, striving to create space for each person to experience and receive it in ways that meet them where they are with love. Recognizing that there is no one size that fits all in the system, she holds to heart the journey of true seeing, and the discipline to scripture and practice required to receive meditative states, as ways for living. Sandra served as a lululemon ambassador years 2018-2020 and has spearheaded
projects for their campaigns, and continues to be involved
in wellness communities locally and abroad.
