Description:
Book the entire retreat which comfortably fit up to 60 guests. Exclusively for your corporate event, team building, Yoga retreats, friends’ gatherings, and small weddings.
BOOKING ENQUIRY:

• Accommodation
• Meals (Breakfast and Teatime)
• In-house activities* (optional)
*Activity is weather dependent. Subject to change.
Things to bring:
• Mosquito repellent
• Sun block
• Toothbrush, toothpaste and personal toiletries
• Hair Dryer
• Proper trekking shoes (for Jungle Trekking)
• Jacket, Cap, Raincoat, Swimwear
• Torch/headlamp
• Camping accessories (optional)
• Light snacks & drinks (optional)
Transportation:
• Make your own arrangement and drive in to
The Hooton Retreat. Due to sections of unpaved
road leading up to our location, lowered vehicle/
Sports car is not recommended.
• We may arrange a transfer to the Waterfall
with a charge. Kindly inform our service crew
in advance if you need assistance with the transfer.
Security Practices:
• Our premises is gated and guarded by our guard dogs.
• Our retreat is strictly for in-house guests only.

• Rates are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Full payment upon confirmation.
• First come first serve basis.
Terms & Conditions:
• Maximum 60 pax per booking.
• A 10% surcharge per night applies on Public Holidays
and Peak Season.
• Full payment must be made upon confirmation.
• No refund will be made for booking cancellation request.
• Extra bed is available upon request (RM80 per extra bed).
• Additional meal is available with a charge.
• All additional orders shall be made 3 days before your check-in date.
• Main entrance gate will only be open at 3pm for
check-in. Check-out time is at 12pm.
• Our food is all pork free.
• Outside food is not allowed. Only light snacks & drinks
are permitted.
• No pets are allowed in the Retreat.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted
in designated area of the premise.
• Times and activities subject to change due to scheduling considerations, weather conditions & etc.
• For any incidental charges, The Hooton Retreat required a deposit for incidental charges upon check-in.
• The Hooton Retreat reserve the right to change the price without prior notice.
