Yenny Christine began practicing yoga in 2003 and started teaching in 2006, exploring various styles such as Iyengar, Power Yoga, Ashtanga, and Tripsichore before developing her own unique approach. While she enjoys a well-rounded practice, she has a particular passion for backbends, valuing both their challenge and beauty. Despite not being naturally flexible, she has dedicated years to refining her practice, focusing on good posture as the foundation of health rather than achieving advanced poses. Her teaching emphasizes controlled movements with breath awareness, ensuring that healthy posture is never compromised. Since founding her yoga studio in Bandung, Indonesia, in 2008, Yenny has been sharing her expertise through in-person and online classes, as well as traveling to lead workshops in various cities and countries.
