Requirements:

Develop Sales Plan based upon retreat demographic.

Responsible for Government, Corporate and Travel Agent Room sale for the retreat.

Develop and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers.

Identified new product opportunities and target customers.
-
Negotiate room rates/ packages.
-
Responsible for overall project management covering planning, developing, organizing and implementing events.

Supports the Director of Revenue in preparing the department budget as well as the retreat overall sales goals and strategy.

Represent the retreat at various industry tradeshows, conferences and roadshow.
