SENIOR SALES MANAGER
(Corporate, MICE & Travel)

Requirements:

  • Develop Sales Plan based upon retreat demographic.
     

  • Responsible for Government, Corporate and Travel Agent Room sale for the retreat.
     

  • Develop and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers.
     

  • Identified new product opportunities and target customers.
     

  • Negotiate room rates/ packages.
     

  • Responsible for overall project management covering planning, developing, organizing and implementing events.
     

  • Supports the Director of Revenue in preparing the department budget as well as the retreat overall sales goals and strategy.
     

  • Represent the retreat at various industry tradeshows, conferences and roadshow.
