The Hooton (pronounced hoo ∙ tn)  is a retreat and glamping place that brings you closer to the forest while ensuring comfort. The Hooton is inspired by "Hutan" the Malay word for forest, and the two owls that live here, which is why you can find owl-inspired elements throughout The Hooton.

 

This land was once a lush forest, but as development took place, the landscape has gradually diminished its natural beauty. However, at The Hooton, we are committed to reserving and preserving the forest. Our aim is to protect the flora, fauna, and the entire ecosystem that calls this place home.

We provide a complete experience that combines adventure, fitness, wellness, and a commitment to the environment, where every guest who stays with us has the opportunity to “plant a tree” at The Hooton.

 

This activity is both meaningful and impactful as we encourage our guests to plant trees at The Hooton using the initial saplings of the place, sourced from local native communities in Negeri Sembilan.
