Yoga & Breathwork Instructor

Ying Ying

Ying Ying is a certified 500-hour yoga teacher with over 16 years of dedicated practice, specializing in Pranayama, mindful movement, and breathwork. She integrates Breathwork, Meditation, Vinyasa, Qigong, and Myofascial Yin Yoga to create practices that restore the body, calm the mind, and guide students toward balance and inner harmony. Through her teaching, Ying Ying inspires a deeper connection between body, mind, and soul, helping participants cultivate stillness, clarity, and a sense of peace.

Sound Healing Facilitator

Sari Miyata

Sari Miyata is a Japanese-born sound therapy guide and founder of Hibiki Sound Healing Salon in Kuala Lumpur. Her signature tool is the Koshi chime, which she uses alongside crystal sound bowls to guide meditation and healing. With more than 20 years of experience, Sari blends Japanese mindfulness with receiver-centred sound work, creating gentle yet transformative sessions that invite deep relaxation and inward journeying.
