Requirements:

• Experience: The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in marketing and branding, with a proven track record of success in developing marketing strategies with minimum 3 years of experience in agency or tourism industry.
   

• Creativity: Able to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
   

• Understanding of the target market: Driving brand awareness and spotting opportunities for business growth. Finding strategic and key-partners as well as maintaining connection to a varied guest segmentation profile.
   

• Digital marketing skills: Assist in the creation and ongoing execution of The Hooton Retreat media plans, including copywriting, advertising placement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
   

• Collaboration skills: Support the sales teams direct business solicitation and explore opportunities to enhance brand exposure via collaborations with business partners. 
   

• Analytical skills: Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.Prepare the Marketing plan for the Sales & Marketing annual budget and plan. Lead implementation of the overall marketing activities and strategy in accordance with the annual and budgeted marketing goals. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze marketing data and use it to inform marketing strategies and tactics. 
   

• Communication skills: Effective communicator, able to articulate marketing plans and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
   

• Passion for the brand: The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for The Hooton Retreat's brand and be able to effectively communicate its unique value proposition to the target market.
   

• Global mindset: The ideal candidate is responsible for monitoring the company's international marketing potential, analyzing current global trends to identify business opportunities that would promote the company's brand image to potential clients and business partners worldwide.
