Admission Types: • TREK & CAMP (12-13 September 2026)

• TREK ONLY (13 September 2026) Trekking Terms and conditions: • Participants are encouraged to ensure they are fit and well enough to enjoy the trek.

• Participants are required to wear appropriate trekking attire and footwear.

• Participants must follow the instructions of the trekking guides and organiser at all times.

• Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• The trekking is subject to weather and trail conditions. The organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the trekking for safety reasons.

• Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organiser will not be liable for any loss or damage.

• Participants join the trekking at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety throughout the activity.

• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated by the organiser.

• Participants are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant who fails to comply with safety instructions or event guidelines.

• Photography and videography may take place during the event and may be used for promotional purposes by the organiser.

• By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Camping Terms & Conditions:

• Guests are required to bring their own tent and camping gear.

Tents and camping gear are available for rent at GlampingMart, subject to availability.

• Camping is only permitted at the designated camping area. Guests are required to follow

the instructions and guidelines provided by The Hooton Retreat team.

• Camping and outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions.

The Hooton Retreat reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the activity

for safety reasons.

• Please keep the camping area clean, dispose of waste properly and avoid damaging plants,

trees or other property.

• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and camping equipment.

The Hooton Retreat will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

• Open fires, cooking and BBQs are only permitted in designated areas and must follow

the safety guidelines provided by The Hooton Retreat.

• Guests must set up and pack down their tents within the designated camping times

provided by The Hooton Retreat.
