Terms & Conditions:

•    Bookings must be made by 7 January 2026.
•    Bookings are based on the entry prices displayed on our website and marketing materials.
•    Children aged 7–12 enjoy half-price entry.
•    Children aged 6 and below enjoy free entry, with shared bedding with a parent/guardian and complimentary meals.
•    Each booking includes 2 days, 1 night of shared accommodation, meals, and guided activities (except for Glamping Spot bookings).
•    Shared accommodation will be arranged by the event management.
•    For Glamping Spot bookings, guided activities are included, but meals are not included.

      Participants must bring their own tent,  accessories and foods.
•    Walk-in guests are not allowed.
•    All bookings are non-refundable.
•    Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
•    Activities are subject to change due to scheduling considerations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
•    The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
